How do you know if you have the right realtor/agent showing you country properties?
If the agent doesn’t know what a water well head looks like after being told where it is, you might not the right agent.
If the agent doesn’t know what a septic riser is sticking out of the ground, you might not have the right agent.
If the agent doesn’t know what an old cistern laid up with Rock is after being told where cistern is, and then asks “where does it go”, you might not have the right agent
If an agent doesn’t know why there is a propane tank in the yard, you might not have the right agent.
