Our Monroe County market is handling the covid19 crisis! As an essential business, I have been permitted to still work. I have been actively showing and listing properties. I currently have Seven properties under contract. Six of them went under contract since mid March, with one of them, I am representing the buyer on One of Sulek and Dutton's listings on Eastern Avenue.
I have been told by sellers thinking of selling that they didn't think anyone was buying now. As I mentioned above, buyers are still looking, people still need homes to live in.
