Melissa was raised on a farm in Belmont County, just 4 Miles North of the Monroe County Line. She graduated from Beallsville High School, Swiss Hills Vocational School, West Virginia School of Banking and Hondros College. She lives in Monroe County with her husband Kiven. They have three daughters and one son. They enjoy Kart Racing, car & Truck races, truck pulls, fishing, camping, golfing, and the Beach. Her activities include: Board of Trustee Member of Belmont College, past Vice President for St. Sylvester Central Home and School Association, Advocate for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Avon Representative, Past Ohio River Valley Council BSA Pack 17 Cub Master, Member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, past President and a current board member of Monroe County Chamber. She is a board member for the Marietta Board of Realtors. Melissa has a banking background before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent. She received her Real Estate education from Hondros College in Columbus, Ohio and became licensed in 2006. Melissa has held her Real Estate Broker’s license since 2010 and is a full-time Real Estate Broker and can focus on helping her clients and customers reach their goals. Melissa obtained her Auctioneer License in 2025. She fully understands the importance of Loyalty and Confidentiality.
